Return/Shipping Policy

*All orders are usually shipped the next business day after the payment has been confirmed.

*For any address inside the United States the shipping rate for United States Priority Mail is $8.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. (3-4 business days).

*For any address in the state of Illinois, shipping rate for Priority Mail is $6.50 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. (2~3 business days).

*For any address in Canada, the shipping rate for USPS Priority Mail international is $20.00 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item.(6-12 days). Please note that international customers might be charged the custom import duty when the package enters your country.

*For any address outside the United States (excluding Canada) the shipping rate for USPS Priority Mail International is $30.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional item.(10-12 days). Please note that international customers might be charged the custom import duty when the package enters your country.

* Shipping Charges for EXPRESS Orders (Inside United States only) - $26 for 1 skirt order, and $9 for each additional skirt added to the order. You must call us for this option, as we are only open a few days a week and cannot offer it every day.

*If you choose Store-pick-up: You are responsible for picking up your items within 2 weeks of your online order. Please contact us at skirtoutlet@yahoo.com if you have any questions.

*MONEY ORDERS: If chose MONEY ORDER as payment option at checkout, we will hold your order for 10 days. After we receive the money order, we will ship out your skirts.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

A. Returns are at the customer's discretion, but skirts must be returned in new condition with original tags and packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please click here to print a return form. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and /or insurable method as The Skirt Outlet is not responsible for any shipments not received. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. If the item is damaged or defective, we would be happy to refund your shipping costs to return it to us. To insure that we can refund you the full shipping price, we ask that you please contact us before you ship it back to us so that we can advise you on how to ship the package. We cannot refund express shipping if you choose to send it that method. We recommend adding delivery confirmation when sending it back to us, as we can not be responsible for packages lost in the mail.

B. All the items in the "Final Sale" section are final. No exchanges or returns allowed.

C. Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping charges are not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly. IF WE SEND THE WRONG SKIRT PLEASE CALL US SO WE CAN ADVISE YOU ON HOW TO SEND IT BACK. Of course, we don't expect this to happen.

D. If a customer decides to exchange an item(s) for a different size or style, you have to return the item to us at your own cost. You also have the option of returning the skirts to our store in Eureka.

E. All returns must take place within 14 days of receipt of items. In the rare event that you find one of your skirts to be defective, you must contact us within 30 days in order to receive compensation.

F. To insure that the exchange skirts you want are still in-stock, please place another order online for the skirts you want in exchange. At checkout in the message box, please type in (1) the order # of your first order, and (2) mention "this is an exchange." As a gift from The Skirt Outlet, we will refund your card $5 when we process this exchange order. This offer is limited to ONE time exchange only, and is not applicable to those who choose in-store pick-up. You must place this exchange order within 14 days of the date you received your order to qualify for the $5 off.

F. The Skirt Outlet is NOT responsible for items lost in the mail. We provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online until it reaches its destination. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us, and we will add it to your total for $2.

G. The $5 refund we give for exchange orders cannot be used in combination with our promotional coupon codes.
